In June C’est La Fete! had the pleasure of catering a very special lunch for the dynamic community at The Bradford Mills and The Wheehouse in West Concord. This event was in appreciation & to celebrate the ambitious and creative professionals, innovators, artists and entrepreneurs who call Bradford Mills home.

 We set up a beautifully presented buffet in the shared event space ready to welcome over 50  hungry attendees.

The menu featured:

* Smoked Turkey & Swiss Cheese Croissants with Dijon Mustard & Arugula

* Curry Chicken Salad in Pita Pockets with Green Apple, Celery and Mango Chutney

* Caprese Sandwiches on Ciabatta rolls with Tomato, Mozzarella & Pesto with fresh basil, Balsamic and Olive oil

* Mediterranean Orzo and Chickpea Salad with Feta, Lemon, & Sundried Tomatoes

* Mixed Greens Salad topped with Fresh Raspberries and Pecans, Shaved Parmesan, Croutons & a trio of dressings on the side.

* A very Large Basket of Potato Chips

* Watermelon wedges, Pineapple slices and Sweet Cherries

* Slices of Blueberry & Raspberry pound cake to finish on a sweet note!

It was a lively midday break—and judging by the smiles and second helpings, a big hit! Everyone returned to work feeling nourished, appreciated, and recharged.
