We were so happy to be asked again at The Bradford Mills to cater their second seasonal luncheon at the Wheelhouse café. The spring lunch in June was a hit with this friendly and very appreciative young professional community and i was excited to create a new menu for them to satisfy their healthy mid day appetites!
On the menu:
A garden tomato, zucchinis, calamata olives, red onion & cheddar summer frittata.


A hot Italian bread Strata with lots of gruyère cream and fresh spinach.



Artfully presented smoked turkey & swiss cheese, herb mayo, lettuce and tomato sandwiches
Of course a fall mixed greens salad with goat cheese, apples, pomegranates, cranberries, candied pecans & apple cider vinaigrette.


and freshly baked cider donuts from a local farm, pumpkin whoopie pies, apple toffee tartlets to end this beautiful fall lunch!
C’est la Fête! was asked to contribute some apetizers and buffet decor for a local town fundraiser and i gladly offered a pretty platter of smoked salmon on rye bread with horseradish cream and dill sauce as well as french duck pâté on baguette crostini with cornichons. It was a success on all fronts: gustative and financial!
